My goal is to help every player become the best version of themselves every day. Hockey is a competitive market with great organizations at every level. Using a self-reflective mindset on a daily basis will allow us to not just "keep up" with the times, but set the standard for how things will be done at the highest level.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe in a positive, energetic, and detailed environment where we create the success we want every day. We will have a "Do it better than it has ever been done" mentality. This means that you can not be happy with just being good, but rather you are on a relentless pursuit of always being great. You will never always be perfect, but you can always have perfect intentions.
Within our structure, we will exploit the weaknesses of our opponent. The strategy is the detail within our structure that will give us the confidence to KNOW that we will beat anyone because of our preparation and attention to detail.
Our team identity and how we will play the game. Systems will be used within our skill sets to create the relentless force that every opponent will be accustomed to playing against. This is the "WHO" of our team on the ice.
Habits define us as people and they define programs. These are the small difference-makers that will propel us to new heights. Doing these things every day, every second, until it is second nature.
Mind, Body, and Skills. Each player that comes into our program will be SIGNIFICANTLY better when they leave in these 3 areas. Our team will succeed when we upgrade our bottom line, which is our players.
My definition of CULTURE is "Connecting People". Being able to speak and understand the same language as a program is the key to learning, teaching, and growing together. An environment where everyone cares about everyone.

Assistant Coach
Focused on offensive players, penalty kill units, offensive zone possession, and all-around player skill development. Leader of play with the puck and game preparation strategy.
Responsible for executing team travel and meals.

Focused on defensive players, penalty kill units, defensive zone coverage, breakouts, and all-around player skill development. Leader of play without the puck and game preparation strategy.

Responsible for the program and player development of a two-team, 50 player program in the USPHL Premier.
